Dotted across the country and found in locations like supermarket car parks, you can leave your car with us and come pick it up with little disruption to your day.

Usually the pics and vids you send in will be enough for us to give you a quote. But sometimes we won’t be able to see the full scale of damage using only photos/videos.

If this is the case, we’ll ask you come in for an inspection. This is so we can see what’s gone on beyond the surface and order any parts in advance of your repair booking.

We pride ourselves on our speedy repair service. Most repairs can be completed within a day, but more complex repairs or cars with significant damage may take a little longer. We’ll do our best to get your car back to you looking as good as new in as little time as possible. You’ll receive an estimate of how long the fix is going to take before booking your car in.

Once you’ve made your way to the Fixbox at the booking time, park your car in one of the bays and head to the reception area. One of our Fixbox technicians will introduce themselves and walk you through the repair. If you’ve hired a courtesy car while yours is being fixed, you’ll be given the key so you can drive off and continue with your day!

Yes! We provide a 5 year warranty against any defective workmanship, provided there’s been no change of owner. If any parts are defective, they’ll be covered by the manufacturers’ warranty.

Unfortunately we don’t offer a drive-in service. However, it’s super simple to make a booking with us. Just fill out the ‘Get an estimate’ form or speak with our team on 03452411431.

Yes! All of our parts are branded or otherwise are Manufacturer approved to make sure we meet our strict high quality repair standards. The only exception to this is if you pre-approve aftermarket parts with our technical team before the repair.

Prices vary based on extent of damage to your vehicle, vehicle type, colour and the parts that are needed. We always try our very best to provide you with the best value for money and the best possible price for a top notch repair service.

To get an indicative quote, please submit the ‘Get an estimate’ form with pictures or a video of the area that needs fixing! If we need a bit more info, we may ask you to come in for an inspection so we can give you a formal quote.

At some locations - yes! We have different sized Fixboxes across the country. So the type of vehicles we can repair will depend on the location.
